Henry began his broadcast news career at KATA Arcata, CA where he was a reporter. A year later, he was promoted to sports
director for the station. Henry anchored sportscasts and called play-by-play for local football games. Next stop was another management position, news director for
KUTY Palmdale, CA. Two years later, Henry was on the move again, this time stopping for a year in Santa Rosa, CA as a reporter for KRSO/KREO radio.
Next it was a stint on California's Central Coast, first as the bureau chief for the Central Coast Radio Network, then managing the news operations at KDDB San
Luis Obispo. Henry then moved north again to California's wine country to be the news director at KVON/KVYN radio, Napa, CA. He was also the wine editor at the stations.
Henry landed his first TV job in 1991 when he became an assignment editor and reporter for KFTY TV 50 Santa Rosa. Add more to his plate, Henry
began writing and filling the position of assignment editor at KPIX, CBS 5 in San Francisco. He also was the satellite coordinator there for two years.
KRON TV, channel 4 was Henry's next Bay Area stop, where he's a writer and producer. You can also hear Henry on KCBS radio, 940 AM, where he does reports for the station and the CBS Radio Network.
